This Week's Harvest

Eight living greens.

Harvested every Tuesday & Friday

Grown Here. Cut Here. Delivered Here.

Grown for Flavor. Delivered for Health.

We're a small family micro-farm in St. Johns County. Every tray in your kitchen was a seed on our shelf ten days ago, watered by hand, and cut the morning it reached you — not shipped from California, not sitting under a grocery-store mister, not measured in food miles.

We serve chefs from Vilano Beach to Flagler Beach, juice bars in Palm Coast and Ormond, and health-conscious homes from Ponte Vedra south through St. Augustine Beach, west to Elkton and Hastings, and all the way down to Daytona.

Why Microgreens

The most nutrient-dense food you can grow indoors.

Researchers at the USDA and University of Maryland found microgreens contain up to 40 times the vitamins, carotenoids, and antioxidants of the same plant fully grown. One handful can carry the nutrition of a whole head of lettuce.

They're not sprouts. They're not baby lettuce. They're the 7-to-14-day window when a plant packs everything it needs to become a full vegetable into one tiny leaf — flavor, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals like sulforaphane, quercetin, and lutein at their peak.

Nutty & crunchy

Sunflower Shoots

Substantial, nutty and lightly sweet — the closest thing to a fresh heart of palm you'll grow in a tray.

Why it matters

Loaded with plant-based protein, vitamin E and lutein — the same eye-protecting antioxidant recommended for anyone reading small print on the beach at 65 or squinting at a computer at 25.

Vilano Beach surf crew: pile them on a post-session breakfast sandwich. Ponte Vedra golfers: swap for lettuce on the club-house wrap.

  • Base for grain bowls & salads

Home cooks in Nocatee and World Golf Village: toss into stir-fries at the last second. Chefs on A1A: use the tendrils as the garnish, not parsley.

Mild & powerful

Broccoli Microgreens

Soft, earthy, almost buttery — you barely taste them, which is exactly why they disappear into smoothies and kids' lunches.

Why it matters

The most-researched microgreen: up to 40× the sulforaphane of mature broccoli, a compound linked to cellular detox and anti-inflammatory support. Studied for years at Johns Hopkins.

Parents in St. Augustine Beach and Nocatee: blend a handful into the morning smoothie — kids won't notice. Athletes training on Anastasia Island: post-workout recovery bowl.

  • Handful in every smoothie

Why it matters

Rich in nitrates and glucosinolates — supports circulation and a hardworking liver. Loved by the health-forward juice bars along A1A.

Home-pizza night from Vilano Beach to Palm Coast: after the oven, not before. Chefs: finish steak, finish burrata, finish everything.

  • On fresh pizza after the oven
